SOEC Represents 100,000 Acres Across Southern OHIO
SOEC currently represents 12 different landowner groups encompassing 170,000 acres and 2,500 landowners across southern Ohio. SOEC takes great pride in representing both small and large landowners in the following counties: Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Washington. Representing 12 individual landowner groups ranging in size from 3,000 to 40,000 acres provides SOEC the advantage of marketing landowners to both large and small oil and gas companies looking for a position in the Utica Shale.

Located in western Washington County (Decatur, Dunham, Fairfield Townships) the "FDD Landowner Association" is an open and actively growing group. Presently at 5,000 acres and growing daily this group has leaders in place that are easily accessible and knowledgeable on Utica Shale leasing. Barlow Area Landowner Association
The "Barlow Landowner Association" consists of landowners located in western Washington County, Ohio near the community of Barlow (Barlow, Warren, Watertown townships). Presently at 4,000 acres this group is recieving a lot of interest from multiple oil and gas companies. SOEC anticipates competitive offers for this group are forthcoming very soon. Belpre Area Landowner Association
The "Belpre Area Landowner Assocation" consists of landowners located in southern Washington County, Ohio near the community of Belpre (Belpre, Decatur, DunhamTownships). New and actively growing, this group is motivated and well organized. Presently at 3,000 acres and growing daily this group has leaders in place that are easily accessible and knowledable on Utica Shale leasing. The "ABW Landowner Assocation" consists of landowners located in northwestern Washington County, northeastern Athens County, and southern Morgan County, Ohio near the communities of Bartlett and Sharpsburg (Wesley, Bern, Ames, Marion Townships). Actively growing, this group is motivated and organized. Presently at 2,500 acres this group has leaders in place that are accessible and knowledable on Utica Shale leasing.
