Lowell Landowner Association (ACCEPTED AN OFFER FROM PDC ENERGY IN JULY 2012)
The "Lowell Landowner Assocation" consisted of landowners located in northern Washington County, Ohio near the communities of Coal Run and Lowell (Adams, Waterford, Muskingum Townships). This group accepted an offer from PDC Energy in July 2012. SOEC is happy to report all landowners who took this offer and owned their mineral rights with clean title were paid by PDC.
Located in southern Athens County (Alexander, Lodi, Carthage, Canaan, Troy, and Rome Townships) and northern Meigs County (Bedford, Olive, Orange, and Scipio Townships) the "Southern Athens County Landowner Association" is an open and actively growing group. Presently at 39,000 acres and growing daily this group has leaders in place that are easily accessible and knowledgeable on Utica Shale leasing. "The Greater Perry County Landowner Assocation" is currently accepting new members to this recently formed group. Already at 6,000 acres and growing daily this group has leaders in place that are easily accessible and knowledgabale on Utica shale developments in and around your area. This group and its leaders have set a clear goal of becoming a contiguous, marketable block of 20,000-30,000 acres. Making this group very attractive to prospective oil and gas companies. The GPCLA has focused its attention to landowners in the southern half of Perry County and townships in northern Hocking County that border Perry County.
