Join Your Local Landowner Group
*A landowner is not required to sign a lease presented to a group by SOEC. If the landowner decides not to sign, the landowner may negotiate their own lease, but will be obligated to pay SOEC fees if the landowner decides to sign the same lease within one year. This protection is built into the landowner agreement to insure oil and gas companies do not try to divide the association, and to protect the landowners in the association. SOEC will only be paid their fees if landowners receive their signing bonuses. No upfront signing bonus, no fees!
